The Sky Babies are an improv troupe based in The West of Ireland who perform many forms of Improvised Theatre & Comedy. With a combined age over 100 years, we may possibly also be the world’s oldest babies. Babies who do performance. We’re a bunch of performers who decided to join our forces and make a cake. No wait…to make improv, that’s it, improv. We will start in the centre and spread out, until the centre moves…then we might spread in!
We love falling, free falling, and we hope you’ll join us for a bit of cloud diving. Oh yeah, and some improv. We like longform, shortform (and something in the middle we call midform). We’re not formist. Wait, but we do like ‘mist’ – the romantic fog stuff. Singing! We love singing, and we make up songs too. We also teach workshops and do corporate training. If you want to ask us about that, email us and we promise to be serious in the email. We are very good at that stuff too. Honestly.
Oh, and people like us! See below:

“Órla’s an improv legend! We’re delighted to have The Sky Babies perform in one of our prime spots at Ireland’s first Improv Festival.”
Neil Curran – Artistic Director, Improv Fest Ireland
The fabulous Sky Babies are the most amazing improvisers and with Órla Mc Govern at the helm bringing the ‘impressive’ to Improv….I was soundly entertained for two hours …The Sky Babies are ‘ones to watch out for’!
